The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tags) must not have been removed and must be in the original packaging.

Every return is made exclusively through the company ELTA COURIER.

If you make your return with any other courier company it is at your own risk and expense.
In case of an error by the company in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs are borne entirely by us.

Once we receive the returned product, a gift card code will be issued according to the price of the product via email along with instructions.
This code can be used to purchase any available collection items.
